The only thing better than a stuffed jalapeño is one that's also wrapped in bacon. This recipe only has three ingredients and is easy to make. Be sure to wear gloves to protect your hands from the volatile oils in the peppers.
Ingredients
  • 12 large jalapeños
  • 12 oz cream cheese (1½ of the 8 oz bars)
  • 12 oz bacon (3/4 of a 1 lb package)
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Wearing plastic gloves to protect your hands, cut each pepper down the middle lengthwise and take out all of the seeds and innards. Dispose of these later.
  3. With a spoon, stuff each half pepper with cream cheese and set on a cookie sheet.
  4. Cut bacon in half with kitchen shears. Wrap each half piece around a half pepper.
  5. Bake at 400°F for 25 minutes or until bacon is crispy and peppers are sligthly browned. (Enjoy the free, heavenly smells!)
  6. Eat and enjoy!
